Intensive therapeutic day program for young people
A structured program for young people aged 16–26 with emotional instability, trauma consequences, and difficulties in psychosocial functioning. Transitional support between hospitalization and everyday life.
Who is the program for
Young people aged 16–26 with significant emotional dysregulation, relationship instability, impulsivity, and difficulties adapting to everyday life roles. Typical clients include individuals after psychiatric hospitalization, young people with long-term psychological difficulties related to trauma, and clients with repeated crises.
- After hospitalization: Need a stable transition to everyday life
- With long-term trauma: Outpatient care is insufficient, but hospitalization isn't necessary
- With repeated crises: Difficulties in education, work, and interpersonal relationships
How the program works
- Daily structured program: Monday to Friday, 9:00–15:00. Thematic and therapeutic blocks including group work, stabilization techniques, skills training, and individual interventions.
- Capacity of 8–10 clients: Intentionally limited capacity ensures an individual approach and safe working environment. Each client has an assigned key therapist.
- Multidisciplinary team: Program leader, therapists, and social worker. Regular supervision and ongoing professional development of the entire team.
- Family work: Consultations, supportive meetings, and joint sessions focused on communication, understanding client difficulties, and setting realistic expectations.
Program goals
- Mental state stabilization: Reducing crisis frequency and strengthening the ability to function long-term without repeated hospitalizations.
- Emotional regulation development: Practical training in working with emotions, managing stressful situations, and building self-regulation skills.
- Social and professional functioning: Support in education, employment, and interpersonal relationships. Individual tutoring as needed.
- Strengthening autonomy: Gradually taking responsibility for one's own behavior and life direction. Planning next steps after program completion.
